1992.  March :  The Union Brake Industrial Co., Ltd. was founded.

1995.  March : The production of non-asbestos woven brake lining was started.

1995.  May : Sold non-asbestos woven brake lining to Samsung, Hyundai and Daewoo shipbuilding industries.

2001. October : Dawoo Comet Co., Ltd was established

2004. February : Merged with HaeSung brake lining Co., Ltd

2005. April : The company name was changed from Union Brake Industrial to Korea Comet Co., Ltd.

2006. April :  Awarded the Certificate of Patent .(The brake lining and the method for ship with coating film)
